Mariette Barsoum Attends Gagganau Training

April, 2009: Divine owner, Mariette Barsoum, has just returned from an intensive training at Gaggenau's new, state-of-the-art training kitchen in Scottsdale, Arizona. Designed for an elite group of 15 designers from throughout the U.S, the hands-on training offered important details about specification, installation and technical details of Gaggenau's newest appliances. In order to best understand the amazing features of these appliances, Barsoum did extensive cooking in Scottsdale. Her favorite recipe? Ribs in the combi-steam oven.
